If your idea of fun is hopping on a two-wheeler and hitting the open road with the wind in your hair, you're not alone. The Smokies are a great destination, especially for summertime travel. The sights are gorgeous, the routes are interesting, and there's plenty to see and do while you're in town.
You should also know that many of our Pigeon Forge cabins are well suited for those traveling by motorcycle. Some are able to accommodate motorcycle trailers, or if a specific property cannot, there's a trailer lot near our main office where you can leave your trailer during your stay.
Our location serves motorcyclists well also. Wears Valley, which is in the shadows of Cove Mountain is a very scenic location, only a few miles from all the attractions, shops and restaurants of Pigeon Forge. If you head in the other direction, you'll arrive in Townsend, TN, a charming foothills community with its own entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and destinations like Tremont and Cades Cove.
If you travel further into neighboring Blount County, you can access the famous Tail of the Dragon route, which leads to Deals Gap, North Carolina. This 11-mile stretch of U.S. 129 attracts bikers from all over the world thanks to its 318 turns and awesome views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
