Do you enjoy hayrides, corn mazes, and other fall adventures? Head out to family-owned Kyker Farms, located 1.7 miles off of Tennessee Highway 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway) in Sevierville. Farmed by the Kyker family for over nine generations, this picturesque farm hosts activities galore from September 30 through October 31 2023:
...and much more, including Kyker's Kritter and Educational Barn; Kyker's Korn Hopper, a zany bouncing pillow; an exciting zipline; several bonfire sites; plus concessions with yummy snack foods.
Prices for a full day of farm fun & frolic range from $9 for kids ages 3-5 to $19.50 for visitors 6 and up. Kids 2 and under get in free. Hours vary: 4 to 7 p.m. for Thursdays and Fridays,10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 1 to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Do your kids love critters? They'll have the time of their lives at Smoky Mountain Deer Farm in Sevierville. This 143-acre foothills farm offers horse and pony trail rides, up-close views of wildlife, plus an exotic petting zoo complete with camels, zebras, and reindeer.
Any equestrians in the family? Head to the farm's renowned stables. Little ones will adore the old-fashioned pony rides. Adults and kids ages 5 and up will love the regular trail rides. With or without a lead line (your choice), you'll ramble over wide, shady trails with eye-popping views of the mountains. It's a unique experience you'll cherish for years to come.

Smoky Mountain Deer Farm is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In recent years, the horseback rides have become increasingly popular, so call 865-428-3337 to book ahead of time.
If you've never seen a bison before, now's your chance. Gatlinburg's secluded Brown Farm hosts a herd of these magnificent animals. Park by the roadside to get a good glimpse. The farm workers purposely feed the bison next to the outer fence so visitors can easily view them. Feel free to ask the workers all about bison – they'll gladly answer your questions. Plus, drop a few dollars in the donation bucket so the farm can keep protecting these gorgeous endangered creatures.
