You'll find this unusual crew at Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay, an "epic golf adventure" now open at 2420 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
Make no mistake, it's not your typical miniature golf. As you play through the 36 challenging holes, you'll enjoy an immersive interactive experience, complete with music, narration, and realistic life-size props. Who knows? You could even meet up with a real, live pirate or mermaid!

This dashing pirate and his bold buccaneers are locked in a life-and-death struggle with the mermaids of Mermaid Bay. The pirates are seeking the undersea treasure guarded for generations by the gentle mermaid folk. Will they succeed in capturing it? Or will they be thwarted by brave, daring mermaids determined to protect their peaceful way of life?
You and your family will find out the answers as you play through the two themed courses. In fact, you'll be part of the action – you'll even get to choose sides!
Once you're all finished playing, you can satisfy your sweet tooth at picturesque Candy Cave, where you'll find an enticing array of delectable sweets and confections. Or you can visit the various concessions, where you can nosh on everything from chocolate-dipped churros and creamy pineapple floats to loaded nachos and hearty piping-hot pizza. Plus, don't forget to score some swag at the souvenir concessions. That's what memories are made of!
Open since December 2023, Sky Pirates of Mermaid Lagoon is already a major hit. Hours run from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. Reservations aren't required, but it's a popular attraction, so arrive early if you can.
